We are water, movement, and luminous connection
Like the jellyfish, your fascia flows as one intelligent web
Your inner ocean—fluid, connected, alive
Modalities
Every treatment is a blend of techniques tailored to what your body and nervous system need that day. I don’t separate modalities — they flow together to create one therapeutic, intuitive experience.
Myofascial Release
Slow, sustained pressure, unwinding, and fascial stretching to soften restrictions, improve mobility, and help the body shift out of protective holding.
This is the foundation of nearly all my sessions.
Deep Tissue & Swedish Integration
A combination of deeper therapeutic pressure with soothing, integrative strokes.
This work supports circulation, reduces muscle tension, and leaves your body feeling grounded, balanced, and complete.
Acupressure-Informed Work (Shiatsu + Thai Massage Inspiration)
While Shiatsu and Thai Yoga Massage are outside RMT scope in their formal forms, my early training in these traditions shaped the way I understand meridian lines, acupressure points, rhythmic contact, and the body’s energetic flow.
I integrate this knowledge in a safe, evidence-informed way by using:
• Targeted pressure points
• Gentle rhythmic contact
• Meridian-inspired fascial pathways
• Breath-supported movement
These elements complement my myofascial and deep tissue work, helping the body release tension patterns that correspond to these traditional maps.
Craniosacral Therapy
Gentle, subtle holds that support the craniosacral rhythm, calm the nervous system, and release deep restrictions around the head, spine, sacrum, and diaphragm.
This is especially supportive for:
headaches · TMJ · stress · emotional overload · chronic tension · trauma patterns
SomatoEmotional Release
An extension of craniosacral therapy.
This approach creates space for emotions, memories, or “stuck stories” held in the tissues to gently surface and move. We often combine light touch with simple dialogue or imagery to help the body complete what it’s been trying to resolve.
Clients often describe this as feeling like a “deep exhale” on both a physical and emotional level.
Somatic Shaking
A simple, gentle technique using small rhythmic movements to loosen fascial bracing, wake up circulation, and help the nervous system downshift before deeper work.
It can be done before getting on the table or woven between fascial sequences.
Guided Visualizations
Supportive language and inner imagery that help your body access safety, soften tension, and integrate emotional or nervous system shifts. These visualizations are gentle, natural, and always optional.
Graston Technique / IASTM
Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization using small, contoured stainless-steel tools.
These tools help identify and release fascial restrictions, break up adhesions, and improve tissue glide.
Benefits:
• Increased mobility
• Reduced chronic or stubborn tension
• Faster recovery from overuse patterns
• Excellent for neck, shoulders, forearms, low back, hips, ITB, calves, and plantar fascia
This work is always blended with slower fascial and integrative techniques to avoid overstimulation.
